just to inform you on mu ecperience.
my watch was running fast about 10seonds a day so after a month i was running 5 minutes ahead. watch was under warranty so i brought it in waited 30 min and they regulated on the spot. didnt have to leave my watch behind.
great service great experience

Have to agree Rolex London will do the same thing,don't no why but many ADs ship watches back to the RSC for this very simple task.Then in most cases it takes weeks or even months to get it back.Regulation is such a simple task for any watchmaker it really does take minutes to do
