"Swiss only" on a 2004 watch ref. 16570

Hi All of you

I’ve just bought a Rolex Explorer II ref.16570 with a white dial, with box, certificate and all papers.

It’s a 2004 F-series SEL and the bracelet is marked CL6. After what I can read different places on the web it all matches. But what worries me is that it is a “Swiss only” dial. From what I can read the Swiss only was only made from the end of ’98 – middle of 2000.

Is there anyone who has any explanation of why that is?

The watch is bought from a recognized Danish dealer.

Regards Christian
