It is a stunning watch executed in a flawless amnner. The handwound 215 caliber inside is a classic patek movement and the quality is mind blowing.

Ultra-thin at just over 2.5mm thick and featuring a free sprung adjustable inertia balance ensures it will keep very good time. Bear in mind the whole movement is about the thickness of a Rolex rotor.

Whilst the movement is basic (doesn't have a stop seconds fucntion or date etc) it is wonderfully made.

It is a lot of money but it is also an example of watchmaking becoming art. If you get one make sure you purchase a 10x loupe to fully appreciate it.

Meh, there are Breguets of arguably higher quality to be purchased for less.

Compare the finishing on the Breguet to the Patek and you'll see why they command a premium. Having said that the Breguet dials are easily the finest I have ever seen. Simply stunning guilloche work.

I've owned both. Patek does better casework, while Breguet's dials blow Patek's out of the water. In terms of movements in basic models I'd go with Breguet, but as soon as we discuss higher complications Patek is the clear winner.

Just my insights.
