filthy

hey guys...hope you are all well.I have had my gmt for 18 months now and have never cleaned it,ive polished it loads with a cellini cloth bought off ebay,so i have just pinched the missus toothbrush put some hand washing soap with warm water and gave the watch a bit of a scrub avoiding the back of it cos i cant even think about removing my hologram! i couldnt believe how filthy it was,it looked clean(ish)! bit sad i know but have posted a pic of the cloth (missus' face cloth) and my gleaming gmt (sorry for quality of pics as taken on my phone).all the best....paul.

i only wear my watch at weekends or when im not at work so i guess it doesnt get that much use and the hologram is still there...there is a covering over the hologram aswell although its looking a bit ropey.btw toothbrush is now washed and put back and facecloth is well hidden at bottom of laundry basket!

Every now & then I'll take an old toothbrush and scrub my GMT II. Comes out clean and shiny. Problem is, sometimes I grab the wrong brush when trying to brush my teeth!
