What % Rolex Watches are SS Sport Models

Of the 800,000 to 1 million watches Rolex make each year, anyone have an idea what percentage are the very popular SS sport models?

On average, if we were to sell 100 Rolexes in a year, about 40 would be sports models, 3/4 of that figure would be made up of steel GMTs, Sub Dates and Daytonas, the other 60 would be dress models. The vast majority would be Datejusts (the most popular being the 26mm TT), then an assortment of OPs, Air Kings, Dates and a couple of Cellinis for good measure

A LOT LESS !!!!
Most popular and more than half of the volume are Ladies Datejusts !
Datejusts and Day-dates for man will probably also take 30-35%

That leave no more than 15 or 20% for the sportswatches

See this is what I was thinking, everyone says that DJ's are king, but you have to exclude womens watches. This means rolex sports are more popular right now, this is what I see on these forums and in the wild.

The DJ is now the thinking mans rolex!

You think so?

I love my V series. Would like a mint / old 1980's model someday. Maybe even a TT. The only watch I would consider going TT for. Classic!

I'm only messing,

Think I have the same DJ as you Speed. It's pictures like yours that influenced me to get mine.

So thanks to you and everyone that participates here, and the mods. It truly is a great site. Been lurking here for months, thought I'd try and join some debate.

Will try and get some pictures up soon.

Where I'm from, DJs are a dime a dozen. Womens and mens versions can be seen all over the place. Followed closely by the Sub and to a lesser extent the Gmt.

What the actual production percentages are? I'm not sure, but the DJ in all its variations I'm sure is up there.
I'm actually thinking of picking one up very soon!
