So I have a Rolex Datejust 1989 Model with custom Diamond Bezel

Hi there!

My first post here. I was given this watch by a family member because both me and the watch was born/made on 1989. But the problem is, it's a mid size watch, and I am a man, so I cant really wear it! And in all honesty even if it was my size I likely wouldn't wear it anyway. So it is just in my drawer inside its original leather pouch not doing very much.

I don't have a certificate of authenticity which I guess (???) might make it a bit troublesome to sell it. Also, I REALLY do not feel like sending it into Rolex to get a certificate, as the watch has a custom bezel, and I have heard stories that they would charge me 800GBP to put its original bezel back on (maybe someone can confirm that??).

Anyway I certainly would be interested in knowing its value, especially since the price of gold is very high, can anyone take a rough guess looking at my pictures?

Thanks to anyone that responds
