Sub-c

This is a very stupid question but why is the newest Sub model 116610LN referred to as Sub-c?

The old submariner model had a metal bezel, the new one is ceramic. Hence SubC (ceramic).

BTW, expect some smart alec responses if you open the door to them (or even if you don't ).

When you call your own question stupid, well...
