Are Yachtmaster's still in production?
I'm asking because I visited an AD with a sparkling new one in the window (it was beautiful) amongst the new models. No YMII in sight. I think it was £5300 not exactly sure though. I thought they wre discontnued in favour of the II?

They co-exist. They are entirely different watches, just like the Explorer and Explorer II. The YM is way overdue for an upgrade though.

Yes, still being produced. As mentioned above, the YM and YMII are two ENTIRELY different watches.
