Custom strap for Milgauss recieved!
I put these pics of my new strap on WUS this morning, but I wanted to share them with the superfans as well...
I had Jacob from Jacobstraps make this guy for my Milgauss GV. I think it came out great! I wanted something that would highlight the orange and green accents of the watch--notice the green stitching under the keeper loops that can only be seen when the watch is unstrapped, much like how the green crystal can only be seen from certain angles. I'm not a fan of the usual gaps on most straps, so I asked Jacob to curve the lug ends, and I think he did a great job. I also asked for it to be rather thick at those same ends (~5mm) and taper down, so I think it integrates nicely overall with the case. Let me know what you think! -Ross |

I think it sucks. I'm going to do you a favor and get it off your hands. Send it my way. Hell I'll even pay for freight costs.
Just kidding of course. It sure looks stunning! Perfect color combo!!!!

It kind of does! It's funny--you get used to wearing it on the oyster for so long, putting the strap on it makes it feel completely different and really changes the accents of the dial. The second hand and the orange markers seem to have more "punch" now. Thanks for the kind words!

I responded on WUS earlier, but will repeat that I love it, especially the very subtle green stitching.

Considering you have had at least two members ask what it cost I think you don't need to worry about it being in poor form IMO. Looks very nice and I agree the curve ends make it look "right". Cheers.

I like it a lot, and would also like to have a 'ballpark' cost...
