Scuff on gold clasp

I have a scuff on the gold clasp of my submariner. Is this something that can be polished by any dealer easily? Its not a gouge at all but just a line thats not shiny anymore. Pretty obvious with the rest being perfectly polished!

Whats the solution and is it fixable with a polish?

Dont worry, there is a few options

1 - Go to your AD and get it polished out if you can't cope with it
2 - Wait for your first rolex service after 3-5 years and it will come back looking brand new at a cost
3 - Just live with the scratch as only more will come over time

You can easily polish out any scuff with any jewelers cloth..

However, you will be doing this every few weeks if you wear your watch routinely...

Gold is quite soft metal, so rather than polishing various parts of the watch every second week, you may want to get used to it, and take scratches as patina rather than a defect.

X2, I would let it be as you do not want to polish your watch IMO with the exception of servicing and absolutely NOT on gold as you will be removing some of the gold with wach polish
