I have a Patek that my Dad left with me many years ago.
He customized the bracelet.
anybody know what model this is? it is broken right now and I am wondering if is it worth fixing it?

As you are missing the seconds hand on the sub dial expect a HEFTY repair bill
from PP. I have to agree any PP is worth fixing especially when you consider the history
as this was your fathers.

If that band is real gold I would sell it for scrap and use the funds towards the restoration of the watch and getting a proper leather strap for it. I am sorry, no disrespect meant, I know that was your fathers band but to me it is hideous on a PP

PS I am curious as the second hand does not ever appear to be inside the dial??
Looks as if it was removed by someone trying to protect the dial but not ready to
spend the money for a full repair.

thanks for the honest comments i think the band was replaced in the
late 60s to early 70s.
