Like with any unknown source always buy the seller, ask plenty of questions he has a good record selling high price watches.Price might try a negotiate lower on that, the box is for a much more expencive model in the Rolex range. But like everything from Ebay there is always a tiny risk but pay via paypal or credit card you should be covered watch looks good well serviced.

Welcome..
I would suggest having a look in the For Sale section of the forum...plenty of savings to be had.

It is a brick and mortar operation, and a good seller. Your safe buying from them. They offer 7 day return.
One issue is the price... I believe you can do better, and safely using a tried and true seller. I believe in the D series they went to solid end links. That does not appear to have SEL. Something I prefer.

The box that it comes with does not look correct as well. I think you can do better at that price here with a trusted seller for a nice datejust for your Dad. Good luck!

Nice looking DJ..
Classic. Price seems good too.
The box is not the original but that may not matter to you? Lots of good preowned out there. Also check with the sellers here on TRF. |

I would rather buy from a trusted seller on this forum if I were buying from the internet. Very important to buy the seller.

The seller has answered the questions that often aren't asked by buyers-- it is all authentic Rolex. The age of the watch makes this one less susceptible to problems, too. IMO, it's the somewhat older watches that get modified to make them appear to have up-to-date upgrades, so a higher price can be fetched.
This watch is a beauty. Nice choice. |

I've checked into buying from the seller in the past. I would personally feel safe buying from them. But I never liked the fact that they charged top dollar and did not include any original boxes. That was always a deal killer for me.

It looks good, however like the posts stated you can do better, the Rolex DJ, TT, you are looking for is plentiful and you can get a good price for one that is like new.

Them seem reliable but you might want bricks and mortar for your first purchase.
