Resizing the 9315 bracelet
Hi, wondering if it's easy to resize the 9315 bracelet. I am getting the 9315, 93150 and a NATO plus a tool to resize included with my red 1680 that I ordered. I understand the 93150 is easy to take links off and the NATO is one size fits all. What about the 9315?..Anyone here's resized theirs? Also is the same tool used to take off and install the bands too besides being used to take off/add links? Any DIY for this?
Thanks |

I think most people would bring it to get resized professionally. Heard that once you take off a link, it's hard to put it back on properly unless done by a watchmaker. That's what I suggest as well. I actually have the same question and would like to hear what others think.

If you are getting a 93150 bracelet, I personally wouldn't size the 9315. I can't see the point in wearing it on the vintage bracelet when the newer bracelet is there, and more easily sizable, and replaceable.

The links on a 9315 can be removed, but there is a technique to removing the links so they do not end up with creases. Any old-time or other watchmaker specializing in vintage Rolex should be able to remove a link or two. Good luck.

I would not mess with resizing a 9315..... it's not difficult but you need to know what you are doing.
93150 is easy. |
