She is indeed- I only wish she were mine!
She belongs to a friend who is a big Panerai collector. Just wanted to share her with my friends here as you just don't get to see many of these. Have a great day all!!

Love it!

I am on the list for the 372 (similar to the vintage 6152) which is due out in a couple months. Plexi crystal, engraved dial, classic hands, crema lume, etc...

Sexy plexi...

WHY OH WHY DOESN'T ROLEX MAKE THROWBACK PIECES LIKE THIS?!?!?!?!?!?

Just a quick 5 min fix due to work pressure.... but I am glad I clicked on this thread, although seeing Ken was the original OP I thought it might be worth it - and I was right

Don't see many about as that is one rare beast

Thanks for sharing it Ken!

Have always loved vintage Panerai with Rolex movements. Is it true that Rolex turned down an opportunity to acquire Panerai many years ago?

If it is then it's such a shame! But I think they're doing quite well themselves even without Rolex! They have established themselves for sure and have such a loyal following!!
