Is this really an original dial? the best example of the 1803 on ebay ?

The seller a watch dealer claims the dial is FACTORY DIAMOND DIAL (The dial is in excellent original condition (please see pics, really beautiful dial). What do you guys think ? I know what I think.
He also states
This is the best example of the 1803 on ebay with a diamond dial.

That dial is definitely not original that is for sure
