My Sub on a pilot strap

I know, I know... Subs should be on a bracelet, and a diver on leather is questionable... but anyway, I like the look of this and it's very very comfortable! As I went on a five week vacation yesterday, comfort is now #1 and looks #2...

I am not used on seeing the sub with this thing but it is good. I like it. it makes it look more elegant and i am sure that it is more comfortable. When somebody is using the steel band it looks more like a tool watch. When using this thing it looks more elegant. the pics are good

Looks Good !!

Personally I have no issues with a Sub on a strap.

As far as leather and water - I'm sure if the Vikings had watches they would have been on leather straps.

Hey,

Why not put the bracelet in the box and wear out a couple of straps.

And it's less than 2/3thirds of the weight.

I put my Sub on a black Croc. strap to mix it up a little. It looks great, very elegant. Only problem is that I sometimes forget to take it off when I shower.

= Nato Strap

Only one I could find off hand, but the James Bond Nato strap has grey stripes on it.

Here are some more Natos:

http://www.rltwatches.co.uk/acatalog/Military1.html#a41

http://www.strapfactory.com/military.htm

The "G10" Nato strap = "James Bond" Nato strap

You'd wanna go for 20 MM lug width for Rolex.

If you're talking about my strap (and not James Bond/NATO) it's made by Jürgen - a german guy who's regularly advertising on TZ, Watchuseek and other forums. I originally bought for using on my Archimede Pilot.

I don't think it is something I would do with my Sub at this point but I still think it looks really good. Nice pictures also.
