what's causing this?

ok...guys i have a dilema, i have a 1 yr old 18kt yg president. on wednesday's and only wednesday's......the day and date sometimes get caught inbetween the windows.....meaning i see the top or bottom of the number, and i see half the day....only on wednesdays. and its not that the watch stops......it still ticks....so im not running out of power, its got to be something that is stuck inside,,or sumtin...i dont know help me!

I've never seen that one, Anthony. I have not had any trouble like that with mine. Why don't you reset the watch by cycling through the day and date for, say, 8 or 9 days, to get you past the Wednesday a couple of times. See if that works. If not, sounds like you may need to take it to an RSC to have it checked out.

If it's a two year warranty get it checked out. If it's a one year warranty get it checked out and argue it should not have gone wrong.

Ed's advice seems pretty sound. Try out what he's told you to do and it just might work....otherwise, you should show it to an AD.
