Need a new watch!

Good Day All,

I am trying to find a nice sport watch for Fridays, I have a moon watch but it scratches to easy and it is hard to wind up.

I might get another Rolex or Sub, SD, EXII or a GMT.

I am also looking at a Zenith, Panerai, Breitling, IWC, TAG or another Omega.
I want to keep It under 7K. I want good resale value and a C.O.S.C. Certified movement.

I have an Air-King, Milgauss and a Moonwatch.

I might be used but I am leading toward new.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Eric

A TT Sub could do the trick.

Re: your Speedy. Try some Polywatch on your Hesalite crystal.

Why is it hard to wind? Does it need a service?

I'd recommend a PAM 000 or 005.

I am going to have my AD shine it all up when I get my new watch and I am going keep it becuase it is a really neat watch lots of history with that watch.

The watch is less then a year old, it it just a pain to wind, harder then my Rolex. My wifes 26mm is a bit harder.

IMO - it has to be another Rolex.
As Dan suggested, Sub or GMTII would be a great addition

I couldn't have said it better. Both are a great daily watch and very comfortable to wear.

Why not use the Milgauss every day? Also, the Omega is a very sturdy watch. A little Polywatch will clean up the crystal, and it shouldn't be hard to wind.

Thanks for all the feedback, I just got back from my Rolex AD and I like the green sub (did not like the 9K price) and also tryed on a Tudor Chrono it was real nice, I can not find it on there site It was a Ltd. model. They told me the new 42mm EXII. is coming in next month, I might take a look at that watch before I buy something.

Milgauss is my week day watch (It works great for me because I work in IT and my AK was getting de-mag. all the time).

Thats why I want a Friday/Weekend watch. Something sporty!

I keep my AK as a dress watch for dinner and stuff.

Well looks like you're heading towards the new sub c...either LV or LN.

I take it you meant the new model LV?
