Latest Submariner bezel

Hello, I wonder if someone could point me to a desciption of, or explain themselves how the new Sub's bezel works/is located.
Iv'e a new style 2011 made Sub, the green one, and so far I can conclude the bezel sits on 4no. spring loaded points and that the one around 7o'clock is the bit involved with making it click. More than that I'm stuck.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't just pop off like the earlier ones do or at least not without risking chipping the insert against the crystal but also I feel it's different to the earlier ceramic bezels I seen explained when fixed to GMTs.
How does it work etc.
Thanks, Colin.
