Lady Non-Date 26mm Bezel Change?

Hi,

I'm looking at my options for buying a Lady's Non-Date 26mm Oyster, with an Oyster bracelet.

I've chatted with some of the sellers here, and I'm looking at some (seemingly) reputable used watch-dealers. One dealer had a good condition watch, exactly like I'm looking for except with a domed bezel. They said they could swap the bezel for a genuine Rolex white-gold fluted bezel.

Is that true? I don't really want a franken-watch, and I don't want aftermarket parts. Will doing this affect my resale value, serviceability, or anything?

Thanks!
