I remeber that there was another member in here that had an accident with his bezel. The story was like his niece was swinging with a key chain and slam!! The keys landed on his watch and the bezel broke.

^It didn't break competely but it chipped. I remember it too. I don't think it's claimed to be indestructable, just very hard wearing. Hit anything hard enough and it will break.
By imperfections I think he means where the numbers aren't filled in properly and such. Nope never seen that. LOL

I busted my DSSD's bezel on the engine block of my Corvette (stupid header bolt...) I haven't seen any with imperfections coming from Rolex though.

Not really the ceramic itself, but the pearl :

Well if you look at anything with high magnification yes you will see imperfections in most products bought today. But with just using normal vision its doubtful although not impossible like most mass produced items today.

Afraid thats a Internet myth Rolex will only repair or replace a defected part and not any thats been damaged by the owner wearer..

My GMT IIC has a tiny scratch on the triangle marker at 12 o'clock...

Not sure how it was scratched since I assume it would be difficult to get a precise knock in that spot to cause a scratch

This I guess is post-production imperfection (not manufacturer fault)...
Question is whether it would require RSC to re-blast the fillings for the markers... which could be costly...
