Icon5 Why I love my Submariner. Why do you love yours

I have not worn my 14060 in a few weeks and I broke it out today. Trying to decide which way to wear it this morning made me realize why I love it so much.

The versatility is mind boggling

Why do you love yours?

Took me 25 years of Rolex ownership to get one

...started feeling my collection was lacking and needed "rounding out".....absolutely delighted with this one...I know it isn't a Rolex but it has a Rolex case and crown...and a matt Tritium dial....which still glows!!!!!

Because no other watch gives you the right to stick your wrist in a pitcher of water and speak in a monotone French accent!

Because one is timeless and the other celebrates the length of time the Sub has been around.

It's iconic, classy and just a beautiful all around timepiece that looks the part with a tuxedo to a casual dressing, etc. My thoughts, at least.

IMO its the perfect watch. Its iconic, comfortable, durable, great to wear everyday. I'm sure there are other reasons that I'm not saying right now. I love my Sub.

Have my Sub since 1983, still works since the day i bought it. What I love the most is their functionality and all-around watch.

'Cause it's BLUE! lol Seriously though, it's such a beautiful shade of blue. Other than that, it's the overall design that I love about it.
