Nothing official yet. Word around the campfire is that Rolex has the technology to make the colored bezels in ceramic, but no word as to when they will be released. No sooner than Basel 08.

Is probably a completely daft question but will the possible new coloured ceramic bezels be interchangeable with the current black ceramics?

If that's a daft question then we BOTH are, my friend...I'm eager to know that myself. Maybe Ironstark or another could chime in on it. That's a hell of a good question.

Well my thinking is that they surely would not purposely change the design of the bezel mounting (or whatever it uses) just because of the colour change. It seems that would be pointless unless they wanted to keep the black ceramics exclusive but that just wouldn't make sense.... would it?

It's my understanding Rolex has had problems with the color red on ceramic.
I have read reports of a BLACK/GREEN combination that Rolex has had success with, but as to when or if it or any bi-color bezel comes out, I've not heard a timeframe.

Note: Info from a report by James Dowling.

I reckon the green would look pretty cool. I never thought I would say it but I am a real fan of the green hand and green writing

Yeah, I wouldn't mind my GMT sportin' a green bezel to match it's hand. That'd be sweet!
