The DSSD is a fairly large watch, so may not be ideal with long sleeve shirt etc but if that's not an issue then yes I'd go for the DSSD.

Well IMHO two watches for one is never a good idea even if it is for a Rolex and I would doubt if you dive.So you already have a good diving watch in the Omega although the DSSD is a fine watch in every way, I would not trade two for one no matter what the brand.

I'd look to try and keep one, probably the chrono and trade the PO + cash for the DSSD.

I would not trade two for one. But maybe I'll choose one to trade + cash or save until I can buy the watch without trades.

No way. I would keep the PO! POC, I'd trade that for something else. But PO + POC for DS, no way in hell.

No way! The DSSD is not my cup of tea. I would trade the PO and add some money to get a discontinued SD.

No, I wouldn't do it. I've owned the DSSD, and while it is a nice watch I don't feel it is worth giving up two Omegas...

I had a 45.5mm POC and I sold it. It was one big mutha of a watch, bigger than the DSSD and I wasn't very fond of the crown operation (difficult to wind and adjust time). However, I used the proceeds to partially fund for the GMT IIC. In your case, I would definitely switch to the DSSD - much better value proposition. Plus it's a Rolex!

I would trade the POC and PO for the 45.5 TI Liquid Metal, similar wrist presence, not as thick, much lighter, and IMO an extremely sweet new piece http://www.watchtalkforums.info/foru...orum/50962.htm

I forgot - one other thing I didn't really like on the PO was the bracelet. Hard to adjust, and too many links - too busy.

I would keep PO. It's one of the most versatile diver watches in the market, IMHO.

But I would definitely sell or flip POC because a diver with chronograph doesn't do anything to me.

I wouldn't do it. The PO is a great piece. Sell the POC if you must to fund the DS. Funny, when you said, "DS", for a sec I thought you meant a Lange DoubleSpit - I've got Lange on my mind at the moment.

I'm a huge Omega fan but in this case, I would say yes.

The DSSD is actually more comfortable than the XL PO.

I have the PO xl and a DSSD and I think the DSSD is a much better watch. Saying that though i don't think selling both will be worth it in the long run. I don't know what other watches you have but its nice from time to time to wear the "slimmer" watch..IMHO..Like I said I have both but I find myself wearing the DSSD more often then not..funny because I put on my PO right before I wrote this post....Ill post some pics of both in a few
