omega 2221.8000 caliber1538 movement

Does the above quartz watch has the continuous hands movement or this movement can only be found in the automatic watches?

I have an Omega SMP quartz, sorry I can't recall the model number, and the hands jump. Cheers, Bill P.

what a bad luck, i though its continuous movement :(, guess this makes me look forward to buying my first rolex :)
