Removing the deployment clasp?

Iam relatively new to panerai and am about to swap out the alligator strap on my 88.
Although it's probably obvious, iam unsure how to remove the deployment from the strap.
Advice please guys

It was pain in the buttocks for me. I couldn't do it. I went to the AD and they looked at me like I was stupid.

Just slips out-- just need to get the part with the hole to pop free from the thing that goes into the hole.

There is a small screw that you need to unscrew between the deployant...make sure your on a big table with a towel on it this way you wont loose the srew...loosend to remove that one and push the pin out...i hope that helps...
