Sources for a discontinued factory set ruby bezel?

Hello!
My birthday is in July and I love just about anything that has rubies on it.. including my watches. :-)
My dream watch would be a lady's 26mm white gold Datejust president MOP dial with ruby markers with a diamond and ruby bezel. It's the bezel where there are 4 baguette rubies at 12, 3, 6 and 9 with round diamonds in between. Unfortunately that bezel has been discontinued by Rolex. I can order a diamond bezel but I think the rubies on the bezel is a much more cohesive look if the markers are ruby. If I could locate a used factory white gold diamond and ruby bezel I would order the watch with a plain bezel and then have the ruby and diamond bezel installed. I search Ebay daily and google frequently but have not been able to locate one. I'm only interested (right or wrong) in a factory bezel. Does anyone have any ideas on where I might locate for one?
