Fs 6265/0 SS -sold-

I have for sale, a 1984 vintage SS Daytona, SS with steel bezel, black dials. It's all original, bracelet etc, except I had the crystal replaced a while back. It comes with all the paperwork, including the tag, original receipt (I'm the original & only owner, bought in Oct 84), booklets, certificate ( which has a country code of "906" for NATO AD stores, and, of course, both boxes. The watch is currently at Rolex Canada in Toronto for reconditioning, oil change, gaskets etc, and a thorough polishing. It will then have a 1 year Rolex warranty, and will be authenticated by them. I should have it back in 2 - 3 weeks, then I'll get some quality photos done. The watch, and I, are located in Canada, East Coast. Price ?? Offers - (Hint, it will be well over $30k US)

You will have to indicate a price as the FS is not an auction type of listing

I may be way off base, but that seems to be a tad much for an '84 DAT.

Good luck if you can get it.

It may be a tad high, but I know that the quantity of these on the market are constantly shrinking as collectors are sucking them up, taking them out of circulation. If I don't get the price I want this year, its not going to get any cheaper
There's always next year etc.
And, since I have the complete "pedigree" for the watch, it's a package.

Not a 6265 model. In this case, old ones are worth more than new.

Its your for sale post, if you think you can get it sold at 36K, by all means. (BTW I'm no way an expert on this type of watch).

Good luck on your sale

The thread is being closed. The watch was sold. There needs to be no more discussion.
