His name is Frosty - new 216570 arrives!! (pics)
Well my polar 216570 arrived today. It was slightly nerve-wracking as I shipped it to a friend out of state to avoid sales tax and when he shipped it back he told the shipping clerk to insure it for seventy-seven fifty. Now to us, that's $7750, but when he was back home, he looked at the receipt and he insured my watch for $77.50!! Gulp! Luckily it arrived today with no issues. It is absolutely stunning, so comfortable on the wrist and, yes, I have removed all stickers!!

Congrats that looks amazing
Very nice silver wrapping paper, makes it an even more special experience. But the watch speaks volumes IMHO

You know when I first saw this watch, I had reservations. I thought it looked too sporty. Then, as time passed on, it grew on me--although not to the stage that I am actually gonna go and buy one. lol
When I saw the watch on your hand, I think it looked amazing! Congrats. |

Very nice! It looks like you have the wrist size to pull it off too. The size is a concern to me, with skinny wrists. The 216570 on your wrist looks like the 16570 on my. I'm not complaining. The older style 40mm Rolexes look more and more fashionable on my wrist as other models grow bigger ... but, being an Explorer fan I am obviosly looking to add the 216570 too...
Congrats to you! Best, A |

Now I am contemplating adding the new Explorer II. I am torn about which I like better between the black and white. I tend to be leaning towards the black as the orange stands out more to me.
Congrats on your new Rolex. Enjoy it well. |

Nice choice - enjoy it - my 1st Rolex love was an Exp.II at the turn of the 21st Century.
Hope it's the start of a beautiful friendship.
