Rolex Deepsea discount
Hi all,
Just pulled the trigger on a Deepsea this morning, and I am..................... rather enjoying it so far :-) Thought I would mention that I got a good percentage off the list price here in Italy, and bought it from an AD. I had been getting almost every dealer here and in France quoting me list price (Euro 8350) or more (one quoted at Euro 8900, one at Euro 9000, which is a bit much if you ask me), but thought I would persevere a bit more. So it's possible to get a discount it seems, and this was from a walk-in with no prior dealer relationship. |

What's strange is that after trying it on but before buying I was seriously thinking about getting an aftermarket strap for it when i did actually buy, but now I have had it on properly for a while the bracelet just feels totally right.

Nice catch, that's a great price. Those are 11 grand at Canadian ADs.
Currently $1 CDN = .73 Euros. Europe seems nice place to go shopping. |

I have a friend who swapped the bracelet for a high-quality rubber strap and I have to say it looks good. However, I still prefer my Deepsea on its original bracelet because of the micro-adjustments that are possible with the Glidelock.
