Sub Date or GMT II

I currently have a sub no date and want to get a new watch. I don't know which one, I like the sub with date, it has the bigger crown, sporty and elegant. The GMT has the the multiple bezels, date, timezone function, but a smaller crown. Which one would you guys and gals purchase and why?

Thanks for any responses

Go with a GMT II....it has dual time zone function which is quite useful. Unless you dive the sub has no useful function. The new GMT looks pretty much like a sub with bigger triple lock crown and ceramic bezel which is bigger as well.

If you like the features of the GMT but really want the bigger crown, my suggestion would be the new SS GMT II (116710). It has that elegant look that you described because of the polished center links on the bracelet as well as the larger crown that you said you liked on your watch. Plus it has the multiple timezone and the new ceramic bezel that clicks into each number on the bezel with precision.

Good luck with your decision!

I will second Jerome on that one: The GMT 116710 with the bigger "Triplock" crown and ceramic bezel. You get a really nice updated Oyster bracelet with this one, too

Plus "Maxi Dial" and inside: the parachrom hair-spring!
