How many here collect/have vintage Breitlings?

Hi, just wondering how many here collect or have vintage Breitlings, if you do, please post pics.

Also how active is the vintage Breitling scene?

Cheers

Well, you know my collection already :smoking:

The Breitling vintage scene is more based in Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.

I really like vintage Breitlings. You don't see many around.

I may be buying one to restore. I'm in the process of trying to verify that it's authentic, and a Breitling repairman is going to give me an estimate on what it'll cost to restore. It's a Navitimer 860, with a Venus 178 movement, black sub dials and AOPA signed wings. Can you tell what year it is, or what it's probably worth restored?

I just bought my first, a 1972 806 178 Navitimer. It needs work, but a great old watch.

My Breitling is from the late '60s. It's equipped with a Venus 178 movement.

What about vintage dive watches? I've always wondered about these since Breitling refers to them, especially in its copy about the "Heritage" but I've never seen a vintage Breitling diver.

One of my faves: Breitling Navitimer 806, 1960. One year older than me!

Looks like a 58-59 Venus movement, did you get the watch?

Awesome patina on this one, any idea on the history behind this watch?

No pics but, I have a three dial Premiere from 1945, and a manual Geneve from the 50's.

Breitling Navitimer 18k Gold/SS Bracelet 431D MINT

I am trying to sell this Breitling Navitimer strap. It's sitting around not being used and I'd love to get rid of it. I wore it a few times but it hurt my wrist so I put back on my leather strap. Its practically brand new, 1650$ via Paypal with shipping. Let me know if anyones interested.

Here's one you won't see many of and the 1806 has just been traded recently for a Tudor 7016/0.
