Hmmm in a word no! The strap ends that attach the bracelet to the body of the watch have some serious quality issues, a gen rolex has extremely tight tolerances, and this is a dead give away. Although these avery blurry images on the last shot of the reverse of the watch you can clearly see that the strap ends are not fitting precisely, amongst other things the crown guards don't look right either. There is a sense of some trolling going on here...

One thing that always draws my eye is the 4. My 16610 has a pointy top on the 4. Has this changed from model years?

This one same up for sale locally.

The seller said he is willing to meet at a rolex ad ( damiani) where he always take his watches for cleaning and service and have them check it out before the sale.
