Damn! That piece is striking! Chuck thanks for starting the thread! Thomas thanks for posting a wrist shot! Yet another timepiece for me to add to the short list

I am looking forward to seeing one in person myself. Guess it will have to wait till my next trip across the pond in September.

Also, I remember rumors of Rolex bringing the Tudor line back to the states soon but have not heard anything in months.

Does anybody know about this??

It seems probable given Rolex's recent efforts to further "exclusivise" the Rolex brand and jack prices up. Having Tudor may be a good way for them to capture the market share that may be priced out of the new Rolex models. Kind of like what Swatch has been doing with Omega and Tag.

It's not a rumor, Tudor announced this themselves at Basel this year. I can't wait!

I'm glad they're coming back to the States, they have some exceptional models! I never seem to see them very much down here... maybe that will change soon!

WOW, tell me more!!

Is that a JLC 918 alarm movement? Sure looks that way. I never knew... this is an exciting development. I used to have in a JLC Reveil. I would love the hear the ring of the chime. Beautiful sound in the JLC, and it is loud particularly if you put on your nightstand so it can resonate.

Chuck, Ashley's has one in stock, at least they did 5 days ago when I was in there. Looks pretty good in the flesh.
