Icon20 NEW! Mont Blanc Meisterstuck Classique!

Hello TRF Members,

For the past weeks, I've been lusting over pens... thanks to you people! And I purchased a cheap Fountain Pen on e-Bay, and it's great. My dad said to me, why don't you get a Mont-Blanc? And he showed me a few models and took me to the Eaton Center in Toronto. I wrote with all the Rollerballs and Ballpoints until I found the right pen. It was down to the Platinum Classique or the Gold Classique Ballpoint. I went with gold!! It's an incredible pen, very beautiful and amazing to write with! This is my first MB, it was a Christmas present from my parents. I paid for a little bit of it. It is something that I will cherish for a long time! Here's some pics of the beauty, my Invicta slipped in, also the RB Fountain Pen off e-Bay.

No way a MB!

Opening the box for the first time...

I think my Invicta has a crush on it...

3 peas in a pod!

Best wishes and Happy Holidays to you all on TRF!

Very nice - I was undecided between the Classique and the Le Grand. The Le Grand seemed to fit me better, which surprised me.

Great pen - enjoy it!

Thanks mate! I found the Le Grand to be a little to big for my hands.

Great pictures Adam! Congratulations on your fountain pen and, of course, your first Montblanc! You really made a great choice!

Congratulations, Adam! What a fantastic present from your parents. That's a great choice for a first MB... classic, iconic... just like the Sub you're going to buy one day.

Hey Adam,
Nice choice. I have the larger version (Le Grande) and have to tell you that is an iconic pen that will serve you well for years. Mine is with me on every adventure - I'm kind of a "one watch, one pen" person.

Enjoy,
Tim

Thanks guys! MB pens are absolutely gorgeous! I wish I could be one of those one pen one watch guys, but unfortunately I haven't got that watch yet!

Sounds like you are patient - it will pay off. It took me a long time before I was in the position to afford my first Rolex.
