Just One Rolex...Pick Just One...

Lets leave sentimental value out of it. Pick just one Rolex and why?

For me. It's the SubC. Perfect all-around watch for me. Your preference may vary.

Happy New Year!

14060M. It's a classic, iconic model that fits in any situation, from the range to the beach to a black tie dinner party.
Now, I just need to get another one.

The GMTIIC as it has probably greatest wrist presence of any watch I have owned so far.

It just looks and feels so much better than anything else out there.

Definitely has to be a

Sub (with or with out Date)
or
Sea Dweller
or
Sub
or
Sea Dweller

with Lugholes, 16610LV would probably be #1, if it had them... but it doesn't, but its cool...

really, i just cant do it!
but im trying real hard!

Imagining the scenario, I could lose all my Rolex if I really had to....apart from the 116509. So not based on any level of practicality but simply emotional connection....that'd be my only one.

And it's taken quite a beating with major trips this year and plenty of beach time at home.... Contrary to much opinion the white gold does not mark that easily and is pretty robust in comparison to my SS models.

The watch will grow old gracefully and I know with all going well in my life I expect to look down at my 80 year old wrist and see it sitting there.

A timeless design. Beautifully crafted dial (especially on this reference) and inside beats an awesome movement.

Sea-Dweller Deep Sea. It's my most frequent "go-to'' watch and I've found that I can it wear it for any occasion.

Easy: SS Sub-C LN. Classic, iconic, versatile. Dependable movement, modern construction. Constantly refined since 1953. For many -- including me -- the best sports watch ever made.
