Normally I use USPS, but they won't give you tracking and delivery confirmations outside the U.S.
For a Rolex I recommend either UPS or FedEx - - their fastest methods, plus signature confirmations. Insure either through them or one of the numerous cheaper independent insurers. UPS and FedEx are far from cheap ($150?), but you gotta go top drawer when shipping a Rolex.

I've used ParcelPro in the past as they insure the full value of the package (and ships using FedEx). Worked well and easy and to use.

unfortunately , once you add in the shipping, brokerage, insurance, duties, taxes for internatinal shipping, it makes purchasing using TRF, not as attractive anymore.

When I purchased and after tons of research, it came down to buying here in Canada from an AD. I am fortunate enough to live close to the border so I can always gamble and have it sent to Buffalo or Niagara Falls and drive over to pick it up....only a 20 minute drive for me. Problem being box and papers are kinda obvious.
As for vintage with no box, papers etc....no brainer. I have it sent to the Fedex depot and wear it home. My suggestion - if you're buying new, buy it here. Discounts in Canada are pretty good if you shop around. |

Hi
I am not sure even if you are lucky enough with a 20% discount, that it would still be a good deal. You immediately have to add back 13 per cent in tax. I am 2 hours away from the border. Not that bad , but a lot of hassle explaining what I was doing when I am on my way back. Thanks for all the suggestions. Quote:
