Nice one Padi - it amazes me what you find at your car boot sales over there. We have garage sales here, and I never see any watches at them...

Sorry Earl but its a keeper,had a big sort out sold traded a lot of my
vintage watches.But I am going to consentrate on British military
watches from 1914 onwards.

Well most of them will close now for the winter,but sometimes you
are lucky but most of the time nothing.The most important thing you
must know what you are looking at.Have found 18 century snuff box
cost £2 later sold cleaned up for £200,but was worth more a mistake
on my part.Various porcelain,and vases,watches old tin toys now very
collectible,anything that catches my keen eye.
