Vintage Air King help please
Hello all. l've lurked here for years, and this is my first post.
I'm looking for some help identifying the dial on this watch, as well as trying to settle a minor disagreement with a dealer while considering the sale of it. I was told that the dial has been 're-printed' and this can be told by dimples at the hour markers. Thoughts Aside from that, can anyone help me identify exactly what this dial is? I do have the original steel bracelet, and was told this is a 1976 1/2-1977 model Thanks much!! |

I've never seen that color dial on a Rolex (thankfully!).

This is how the watch should look !
Unless you are very fond of the green face, or it is VERY CHEAP so you can reverse it, to my opinion RUN AWAY !!!

Nope, stay away unless it's über cheap. Then replace the dial.
