Hello
I found this site while reseaching service options for my ExplorerII (black). I've owned it since new 13 years ago, had it serviced after 5 years and now 8 years after that service I thought it might be a good idea to have it serviced again.
I wear it almost every day, and I don't sit behind a desk with it. It gets banged and scratched, and everytime I think "Oh no, that probably cracked my crystal, or gouged the band or bezel" it comes through unscathed! Very tough and dependable. It still keeps good time, so much so that I really forgot about having it serviced until recently. Lots of good information on the site - back when I bought mine I didn't have the luxury of reseaching the internet...just a couple of local AD's! Now thinking about finding something for my wife, possibly pre-owned...seeing as how a 'used' Rolex can be 'like new' and kept that way for a long time. Any suggestions for a good pre-owned source?? -Jack |
