Well I guess Rolex is gonna have to wait one more year

Just did taxes. Not as much as I was hoping.

(sigh)

God bless my grad school for raising my tuition from $640 an hour to $900 an hour -in one year!!!-AFTER I was already in my 2nd year back in 2007*.

(**something to think about for all those who think us recent grads should have just taken out less....!)

All I can say is I hope you actually graduate with a degree that will help you make a decent living. I see too many people graduate with a useless degree and have tons of student loan debt afterwards.

Look on the bright side, you are getting money back even if its not as much as you hoped. I will pay enough in taxes this year to pay for a couple years of college.

I finished in 2009 with JD (law degree).

Paybacks on student loans are killing me. I know lots of peeps have it FAR worse than I do, but still.....

One of the businesses I am CFO of is a law firm. I hear the attorneys bitch ALL the time about their student loans............in fact, a few have wage garnishments that I have to send in their payments because they can't do it themselves.
