I use to spend a lot of time on that forum, pop-ups started a few months ago and drove me away from that site. Quality post traffic is also very slow there.

Very inappropiate to have fake watch ads pop up

I hang around there quite a bit on the vintage Breitling section, great site and nice people there, will bring those popups to their attention!

been a member there for a while and noticed the pop up too. im not too happy about it. but i guess the owner is trying to monetize on his CPM rate

forum owners get paid to allow popups. they cant control what add google or someone else throws up there.....it happens unfortunately

All that has to happen is someone to PM the site admin at BreitlingSource and he addresses it. With popups he can't block specific content (which he can do with Google on the regular ads), but he has now disabled all pop up ads on the site in order to prevent this.
