I was wondering what you guys think of the pam 88 and if it holds its value well?

IMHO, 88 is a popular model, depending on how much you paid for it.

Depends if you pay retail, grey, or buy gently used. You'll be best off with gently used.

I know that it will hold close to that for a good while and that's good enough for me.
It is also a very hot looking watch. Not sure I would sell it anyway...
but then I think I said that about the last 50 plus grail watches I have owned

I agree. Pre owned is the way to go if you're thinking of reselling down the road. You won't lose too much.

I purchased my panerai 88 GMT at Tourneau at Southcoast Plaza, an AD, for full retail of $7200, plus all applicable taxes. My watch is like new as it was purchased last Christmas complete with box, papers, extra strap and tool. If you decide to buy used , let me know as mine is in mint condition and purchased from an AD and still under warranty.
