I didn't get my new Daytona

I went to the AD where I had bought my first Rolex to say hi to my good friend John who always treats me like royalty. Out of no where he surprised me by bringing out the Daytona that I had been interested in for years. To make a long story short, my wife liked it so much that I had to buy it for her. I have created a monster by turning her into a WIS. My wife is petit so they had to take out 4 links. What do you guys think about a lady wearing a large sports watch? Is it good or bad to have a wife who has the same taste in watches as you? Here are some pictures for you guys to feast your eyes.

Congrats to your wife. Hope she enjoys her new watch. I suspect you are going to be spending some cash on watches in the future. Your buying for two now.

Very nice. Love both the watches. I find it very funny how they had to remove 4 links lol!

When I got my DJII, im wearing it at maximum possible size, and its a perfect fit, thank god my wrist was not a few mm larger! LOL

I do think it looks nice on her. But, perhaps, this fad will go the way of women smoking cigars and you'll get her watch at a future time. Either that or she will acquire your collection.

Yes, if the Chocolate Brown Ceramic Daytona was offered in a mens size I would be first in line!

i dont.

40mm is fast becoming a 'ladies' size. 42mm or higher now seems to be the standard mans size. I know most will disagree but something doesent feel right if im wearing a same diameter watch as my wife/girlfriend/mistress

its because of this that i will never buy a 40mm watch again from rolex. 42mm or up from now on.
