The Rollies I've owned and sold......

Since I'm in such a Rolex mood today, I thought I'd post pics of the ones that got away.....

Not sure which one I miss most......

An idea just popped into my head: we ought to put all of these photos into a PowerPoint presentation, and use Julio Iglesias and Willie Nelson's rendition of "To All the Girls I've Loved Before" as a soundtrack!

Excellent Idea James but my list would be very long indeed if you take
all the vintage stuff.

OK. I'll continue the trend. Here are pictures of every Rolex I have ever sold.

Oh, I forgot. I have never sold any of my Rolexes. To me that would blashemy.

That would make me cry and that song is not long enough.

Wow Daren, that's more than me! One thing I've decided. After the big sell off for the move, and I get to the money I have, I'll start a collecting again. It will be very very different though. I'm going to try to be more focused and look for deals. Just not sure what I'm going to focus on yet, but Rolex seems to be winning at the moment.

It has never been about the collection for me, but about the enjoyment and satisfaction at the time. None of the watches I posted could not be replaced if I tried hard enough.

I am at point for now that I am happy with what I have. The Pam 111 and 88 get the most wrist time, but I have a spot of the BM and the YM is the one watch that I will hold to unless the water rises.

I don't know if I will or would want more than four watches at anyone time, in fact I don't think I would want more than three. So when the next "urge" hits, I'll take the one that gets the least love and get what I want.

6' x 2'? That size suit would be way to big and look terrible with my Pannies.
