First Rolex - Need Help from the Experts

Hi all...this is my first post and and I'm hoping to get a little help from the experts. I currently have an Omega Seamaster GMT 2234.50.00 and Tudor Tiger 79270. I'm looking at adding a GMT Master II Coke model. Can you all take a quick look at the pics and let me know if anything stands out that I should question the seller on? Thanks a lot!!

It's pretty dirty. Any idea when it was last serviced? If you don't know the seller, I'd recommend taking it to an AD like Hyde Park or Ben Bridges (depending on where in CO you reside) to have it checked out.

Thanks....I noticed that it was quite dirty. The owner said it was service in December of 2010 at Millard Jewelers in Darien, IL. Thanks for the info on Ben Bridges.

I also cannot tell if it is just a dirty crystal...or if the dial is damaged / faded.

What do you know about the seller???

I don't know anything about the seller...I'm setting up a meeting time with him so I can take look at the watch. He thinks it's from 2002...I don't know if that helps.

If you havent already have him meet you at Ben Bridges to Authenticate watch before purchasing, just to be on the safe side...

That possible they used the Swiss Made on bottom dial from 2000 on and it looks like a non lug case.It was around 2002 end of Y series early 2003 the non lugs holes started to make there appearence on most models.The clasp code give a appox date of stamping for 2003 but this is not always the exact year of the watch.Now regarding the inserts they are quite inexpensive to buy and very easy to change to black,coke or pepsi.Watch looks OK but if no service history it would be wise to budget a service soon.Then you will get service papers with all the watches details plus that service paper will be a full two year warranty on movement.
