I think the whole besel insert has to be replaced.

Depends. Older bezel inserts you can replace the pearl only. Not sure on ceramic though.

Yep, that's the way I understand it. But, you might be able to get an independent watch maker to replace just the pearl.

The pearl. I don't think you can have just the pearl replaced. I did have the whole bezel replaced on my DSSD and that killed my wallet. It was over $1100

Tell us what model of watch, please....
I just had a pearl replaced on a sub from my indy watchmaker, no charge he had one, actually a few, laying around. I'm not sure with AD's they tend to be sticky about procedures and may want to replace the entire bezel insert. Maybe someone that knows your area can suggest an Indy watchmaker... |
