Amvox 2 chronograph Aston Martin

Let me come to you, the JLC enthusiasts, to make a little review of this model we do not see every day.
I introduce this chronograph, which operates in a way atypical.
Indeed, to start the chronograph, press to 12 hours on saphir.
Press again to stop timing.
Then, for the reset, press the saphir at 6:00.

Here are some pictures of this model is limited to 500 copies.

it smell like James Bond ;)

We are in JLC's house, but a little at Aston martin's house :)

the "selector" for the mode

the case back where we can see the serial numbers, the punches, the logos, and the reference 365/500.

the crown

the wrist shot

So I give you my impressions
The watch is comfortable, the case with his 44mm titanium-silicon treatment is not too big, the reading time and the chronograph is done easily.
The system box in a rocking cradle to trigger the chronograph is very clever, shame about the fingerprints on the glass
Since I am dealing with grievances, I note the small screw in the crown as well as the selector, not top
And one last gripe with the selector lock is not super frank.

But let's stay serious, it does not detract from the charm AMVOX 2 Chronograph, which is indeed a pure sports model that evokes the world of racing.
The engineers of Jaeger reelement have released an unusual model, as usual at Jaeger.
For me, who am not a aficionados of the brand, when I hear JLC, I think, reverso, Memovox, polaris, gyrotourbillion, from now on, I'll add AMVOX.

That, pending comments or information, I thank Nico of Rilogi, which allowed me to take some pictures and who has kindly played the wrist shot.

(If a moderator could put the direct pictures, instead of click on the links, thanks)

Fantastic piece -- thanks for sharing! I really like the look JLC developed for the Compressors and Amvox. They have their own unique and instantly identifiable JLC DNA, as recognizable as the Reversos, IMO.
