Rolex on the golf course??
Just wondering if a golf swing will damage or wear out an automatic movement. I have heard various anecdotes on this from friends at the office, but wanted to check in with The Experts

Yeah, i've been actively golfing with my Rolex collections for more than 7 yrs and so far, no problems whatsoever on their accuracies.....so your should be good!

On the contrary, a Rolex may affect your golf swing if you're wearing a gold, platinum, DSSD.

There is simply no way a Rolex movement could survive the speed of my swing. Kidding of course. As the others have said you should have no issues. I absolutely hate golfing with a watch on but that's just a personal thing.

The watch can stand the impact. The back of my wrist doesn't enjoy being banged by a heavy watch case during a golf swing. |
