in this situation, is this a genuine case, dial and back, but with an ETA movement branded differently, or am I missing something else?

...hmmmm...

...the case and dial appear genuine.

...HOWEVER, the movement is from a BENRUS watch, which you may not be familiar with.

...therefore, the watch presented as a Rolex-Tudor, it is not.

...hope this helps.

...AND, it is with the fishes now-GONERZ.

I agree that it is not presented correctly, just trying to teach myself more. Would it be a fair assumption that it is the same type of movement as the Tudor, but with the Benrus branding? Or were there more differences to the base movement if it was used in a Tudor, for example was it modified, or decorated more...

...hard to say.

...I have actually seen genuine Rolex dials AND Tudor dials GLUED to the movements to present as genuine.

...regardless, this seller has fabricated something that never was and presents for MONETARY GAIN only.

...trying to keep some new, unsuspecting person from getting burnt.
